A: I don't see a reason why not - it should be fine to use with oil on the skin! I personally never used it with oil though!

A: Base of knobble is about 2 and a half inches, and nipple is about an inch.

**Q: Is this item 2 knobbles for $15.95?**
A: No ... just one.
