Ultra Cuisine Cooling & Baking Rack Set - 8.5'' x 12'' - Set of 2

Gonna be a lengthy review, and worth your time, IF you are like me... so ok I had bought a new stove and wanted it to have the air fry feature in oven. I thought the racks would have came with the purchase due to that feature.. but HA HA...SILLY me for thinking that, CUZ it didn't🤬 infact, they want you to purchase theirs for another $60, and I'm sorry but I just WAY OVER spent for the stove as it is, and that's because EVERYTHING cost more BUT wont last 1/2 the time my other stove of 21 yrs an still going, (I got a new one because we moved and had the junk the owners left that we thought were ok but our bad for not baking a cake in it while we were putting an offer) SOOOO, I wanted to TRY an save money an so I was shopping around for more affordable stainless steel rack in place of their expensive rack so I could enjoy the air fry feature.. well let's just say I spent too much time searching and when I came upon these I WAS SO EXCITED AND THEY CAME WITH TWO racks and still 1/2 their price of the one... and also trying to find in stores was same... plus these ARE TRUE stainless steel UNLIKE ones in stores that say they are.. I couldn't wait to cook my chicken wings... Here's my experience & advise. Before I cook on them I'll spray with cooking spray, 1) because it helps brown but also it makes cleaning a heck of ALOT easier!! By the way, I use Dawn SPRAY soap to clean and let me tell you, its 100 % WORTH BUYING!! It works SO GOOD that the next time I went to store I bought a refill bottle cuz who knows if this will be on the shelf with all the emptiness going on in the stores these days! Guys an gals, I kid you not, if you have a greasy stain, countertop, stove, cloths, driveway, garage or whatever... do yourself a hugh favor and buy Dawn Spray Soap, YOU WILL spend 95% time cleaning, I'm not joking!! The reason I got so in depth with my before using step is because BEFORE I broke down an bought the Dawn dish soap, I sprayed racks with cooking spray and they still took a few days to soak & clean, and by the way I used a stainless steel cleaning scrubber too try an remove the grease & grime, so after using the Dawn Spray Soap with just a washcloth btw. I was like OMW THIS STUFF IS GREAT! If theres ONE thing I CAN NOT stand is spending WAY too much time on cleaning. an so I'm always looking for products to cut my time from, "let's say an hr down to 5 minutes or less" and the spray soap DID! So no matter how good the chicken wings, bacon, home made jalapeno poppers are, I still NEED & WANT the cleaning afterwards to be easy, that way I'm enjoying the food instead of the dreadful thought of cleaning after AND NOW I WANT to cook more air fry food!!! SO OVER ALL, my stainless steel racks are great for cooking air fry food, racks also fit perfect inside the 9/11 pan. Racks are also used for layering food that calls for a semi freeze, like I will put fruit & veggies on freezer paper then place on the rack and because there are two I get 2 times the amount to donate once, I just love them AND I love my Dawn Dish Spray 😉. Oh I forgot to add, they ARE dishwasher safe too!!! I hope my post here is helpful, I really wish other people would leave a detail experience review on their buys because I AM one who WILL make my mind up based on reviews and it'd be awfully nice having detailed reviews. I think 8 out of 10 times we ALL WANT THE SAME OUTCOME... "per-say" so if we help each other with reviews it could save time! Thanks for letting me share "MY THOUGHTS". God Bless and happy shopping!

This rack exceeded my expectation. It is 100% stainless and very good quality, not flimsy. I particularly like that it doesn’t have a coating, it has six feet (versus four) and can handle heat up to 575F. I like it so much that I ordered a second, smaller, rack. They cost more than some other racks but are well worth it.

Really love this cooling rack. It’s a great size, durable, and easy to clean. Perfect for any meat or seafood you grill to drain any excess oils or grease before serving. Just place a paper towel or napkin underneath it and it makes cleaning a breeze. This definitely comes in handy if you like to grill routinely and need a place to cool your food while draining excess grease and oils simultaneously from it before eating. Highly recommend!

I was looking for good fit, sturdiness, good build quality, and no sharp edges. Found it! This is the one to buy. Note that the large wire for the feet runs the long way under the grid (most others I found went across the short way). This provides much better overall support! The grid squares are great and I've had no problem cleaning it (having used it for salmon, meatloaf, cookies, etc. both baking and broiling). I now usually end up pulling the quarter sheet pan and this insert for many heating and cooking tasks. Not sure why it took me so long to get a quarter sheet pan - but now that I have it (and this insert), it is in weekly use. I have had cheap racks previously (chrome metal, for instance) and they have had problems with weight (e.g., would bow/bend), warp, thin wires, wires separating (e.g., not soldered together very well), tough to clean, and/or being shallow in the pan (e.g. low clearance). This one is like the opposite to all of this. If I recall correctly, this one costs a little more than some of the other offerings I found on Amazon, but I am quite glad I chose this one (thus the review - and some give back to the community since I use reviews others have taken the time to leave). Kudos to the product description, as it was the photo showing the orientation of the "legs" and the description about rounding the wire ends that got me to take the chance on purchasing this product. I have now used this for ~9 months. I don't foresee needing another (unless I buy another quarter sheet pan!).

This baking rack fits onto my baking sheet and seems sturdy. I think it is a good product.

Having the larger cookie sheets, I was always looking for racks to put food on such that it allows air all around the food. These are the perfect size for the pans, and will work perfectly for lifting the food off of the pan. They, of course, would work too for cooling.

Quality item

Safe under extreme temperatures. I use to roast vegetables between 450° to 480°. They maintain their shape, no twisting or bending from heat. Very easy to clean by hand but also dishwasher safe.

Dishwasher safe makes this incredibly easy to deal with compared to some alternatives. Fits great in a Nordic Ware Quarter sheet pan. Took quite a few times to find one that worked perfectly in Nordic Wares and ended up with this. No need to handwashing so its great to pull up for messy roasts and cooking without having to soak afterward.

This rack is terrific! It fits in my 1/2 sheet pan to perfection. It seems to be very well made, and didn't sag under a large pork shoulder roast. With a bit of soaking, ( I don't own a dishwasher) it cleaned up with the dish brush just fine. I'm really happy with this rack and would definitely recommend.
