Do I need the original box for this? I currently have everything is zip bags and a tupperware type container.

The trunk organizer fits nicely in the original box. If you don't have the original box, I'm sure any box that size would work.

How many expansions can this hold?

I have seafarers and Cities and Knights, 6 players expansions each. It doesn’t hold all of that but it does hold 6-player with at least one expansion. It’s super close to holding it all but we throw some of the items into a small expansion box so it doesn’t have to be packed too tight.

What is the weight of this package? I will ship it to another country, so I need exact weight of the product.
