I guess I always thought it was a possibility, but wasn't willing to give up Indian foods which are rich in dairy. This stopped my stomach upsets that occur immediately after I ingest milk products and stomach ache.Pros:It tastes pretty goodIt works immediately (take before or with food)Its easy to carry around individual tablets in purse/wallet when you go out due to the packagingCons:It's not as high units as other foreign brands (this is 4500 Fcc units, US brans are double - 9000 Fcc units), so you ned up needing more.
