Perfect fit, easy to install

The original awning was way past replacement time. I had this book marked. So, I ordered it. Fast shipping and quality item. Just installed this a couple of days ago. My wife and I did the work. The awning was in a nice box and rolled up in a plastic cover. We have an electric awning. I rolled the old one all the way out. Used ratchet straps to pull the awning tube back towards the camper a bit to take the pressure off. Cut off the old awning and installed the new one. I placed a large tarp on the ground to roll out the new awning on it. This all took about an hour and a half to install. Pulling the new one into the tracks a little at a time. I cleaned the track and sprayed dry lubricant into the track. Let it dry. The new awning went in perfectly. You just have to work it a little at a time. My wife fed the awning into the track, and I pulled it from the other end. We had 4 ladders out to do this. Perfect fit. It looks really great!! I did not remove the end cap of the roller tube. Instead, I drilled two holes into the end cap. Carefully lining up to the track. I used a Dremel to smooth all the surfaces and flare them a bit. The top track I just opened the track up a bit and smoothed that out also. I ground down all the corners of the frame and filed them smooth. They were sharp edges so this was important. You can see that in the included pictures. It all worked out perfectly. Just take your time.

Great right out of the package, would buy again. Looks good, quality product

Seems to be made ok, but not any heavier than other covers I have seen. Disappointing that it did not come with a new pull strap like other brands include. Just installed, so time will tell how it holds up. It’s also surprising that the all black does not have a white underside like the other colors?? I mis-read when I ordered and thought it had the white.

The awning also helps keep the heat. The color is great and the thickness is a of good quality. it was easy to install it took about 30 mins for 3 people.

19' (fabric size is 18' 2") is our exact size and it looks great. We (75 and 63) installed it ourselves this morning (wasn't easy, but we did it)

Easy to install with a freins.

Very happy with the product. Luckily we had friends that came over to help us install it. It is a bit tricky. Lucky for us they had recently installed their own replacement fabric with their friends. It took 4 of us to do it but it is installed now and we have used it on our recent camping trip and we really like it.

Perfect for our trailer. We measured it according to the instructions.... It took us 2 hours to remove and install.
