Quality product and excellent service
The RO system works very well. The water tastes great.Looking at the water quality reports in general and locally, I was surprised at the types and amounts of pollutants that make it to the spigot. that's why I looked into RO and purchased this unit.In this regard, there is no comparison to "regular" filters - RO is far superior. And this unit is excellent. I feel that I am getting safe, clean, good tasting water - couldn't ask for more.Note that over time (many months a year maybe?) the pressure may drop, resulting in decreased flow from the spigot. I think this may be common to these types of systems, am not sure. Having an instant hot and cold system that run off of the line from the filter may add to this problem. In any case, if this happens, the tank must be re-pressurized. Though this is not difficult, per se, it does take time and to do it yourself, you need to be handy.Installation: I installed it in my home. Part of the review is "easy to install." I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 simply because it's not a 10 minute job that anyone could do. If you are handy and have the time and tools, it's not a problem. Since I installed my unit in the basement, the floor of my home just below the sink cabinet, I had plenty of room. If you're installing it in the cabinet below the sink, you would have to be comfortable with the smaller space. That said, the instructions are very good, and the installation went without a problem.Service: After several months I had a problem (reduced flow from the spigot) and called the company. Amazingly, an actual human being picked up the phone. John was very helpful. He listened and made sure he understood the problem. He then offered a solution (in this case a new tank at no cost), and enouraged me to call back if that didn't work. Well, it did and kudos to John and the company. Service matters - great job.

Clean Water, affordable filters, great AMERICAN based company :)
Very nice quality system, replacement filters are affordable and so far I've experienced great customer service from an AMERICAN based company. I had to contact the manufacturer for a quick verification to an inquiry I had. To my surprise a native English speaking (I have an auditory processing disorder making it hard for me to understand regular conversations let alone a conversation with someone who speaks with a heavy accent) HUMAN representative answered the phone and my inquiry in 2 seconds. This really validated any concerns I had about my purchase.I've had a cheap RO system before so I'm somewhat familiar with how RO systems work. This time around I wanted a beefier/better filter for my "new" house as my plan is to use the system for ANY water to be consumed.I bought the model with the electric pump to process the RO water a little faster. The untreated water is 'forced' through the RO filter and rely on line pressure to do so. The unit with the electric pump helps generate clean water a little faster and keep better pressure on the system.Although this is an under-sink filter system, I opt'd to install mine in the basement underneath where the kitchen sink is. Regardless of where you install it, the system installed quick and easy. This is designed to be installed in-line with the kitchen sink so if you want to do a basement installation like mine, you will need some additional parts to make it work although this is not a typical setup.Overall, I'm very happy with the quality of the items, the quality of the water and taste. It's even improved the taste of the coffee. I would recommend to friends, family, and strangers looking for a water filter.Unrelated to the product itself (specifically Amazon): BUYER BEWARE, as you should be with anything you buy on Amazon. I bought this 1 week before prime day (July 8, 2025) knowing it might go on sale in a few day but I wanted to install it over the holiday weekend as I was off of work. I contacted Amazon via their chat bot and was told by an Amazon representative to go ahead and buy it and if the item went on sale, they would "work with me" but was also told they didn't offer price matching on sales. OK, I thought...they said they would "work with me" and I took that for more than it was worth and foolishly ordered the item. Of course, the item immediately went on sale during Prime Day for almost $70 less. I would have been ok with say $7 less from a sale but it went on sale for $70 less. That is a huge price difference and when I contacted Amazon for them to "work with me", they acted as if I was the crazy one and that the representative never said that. Well, they did offer me a "courtesy credit" for the difference but that isn't cash back, that is a credit to your amazon account that can only be used on Amazon.com sold items. I still had to pay the full amount to my credit card company.Anyhow, they also did tell me I could purchase the new item then return the original item to get the lower price. I [again] foolishly didn't do this but should have...so my point is, play the Amazon game and do your due diligence to get the best price because Amazon doesn't care if the item is 3x more or less, they ain't voluntarily offering you anything better unless you kick and scream and then MAYBE they'll offer you a courtesy credit that can only be used on select items.Don't let Amazon be the reason you don't purchase this filter. The above paragraph is specific to Amazon, not the device.
