However I can say that I’m impressed by the ease of installation and quality of the output. It’s important to understand that this product will not work through an Ethernet switch but was fine through a wired patch panel and wall socket. However, I did end up with quite a bit of ‘snow’ or interference visible on dark scenes initially even when using CAT6 wiring of less than 15m. But I researched the issue and replaced my 1.5m+ HDMI cables with shorter ones (0.5m) also available on desertcart (which offered shielding and interference free operation) and this resolved 100% of the show problem. So I’m happy to report that it’s not the fault of either the CAT6 or AV Access product in my case. Review: Works very well with sky hd box, at 30m over cheap cat6 - I bought this to allow me to watch my sky HD box upstairs in the bedroom, with the sky box itself downstairs, at the end of a 30m cable. It does the job really very well: no picture or sound glitches and reliable response to the sky box remote control (it relays the commands from the sky remote upstairs to the sky box downstairs). No latency at all, or none I could notice anyway. It's just as if the sky box was in the same room. It's really useful that it doesn't need another power supply and mains plug upstairs. Nice compact solid metal boxes too. I am planning to buy a few more, to set up other rooms in the house in the same way. One thing which was a problem to begin with was that it simply didn't work at all with the CAT7 cable I had originally installed. Not at all. Dodgy cable perhaps? Maybe it isn't really set up for higher spec cables? So I bought a new cable, a cheapo desertcart cat6 instead, and it worked fine straight away. Very pleased with this purchase, especially considering it was much much cheaper than some other similar products.

Easy set up and use.
Quality product which works well and does what it says on the tin. Not the cheapest but I would recommend as opposed to cheaper products

Simple solution for central control
Purchased this to run hdmi through cat6, from a server room. High quality picture, easy to install and remote works perfectly. Highly recommended and great value for money.

Product Does not work
I was contacted by support and told my unit was faulty and I am still waiting for a replacement that was promised a month ago........I attempted to install this at a client both on cat5 and 6 The device displays unsupported resolution. On 20m i get no signal right next to the display the tv scans resolutions and then displays the resolution is unsupported this was on a Samsung 75" TV... If i unplug it a few times i eventually get a picture but poor quality. May be a faulty device? It cant be the install not much you can do wrong I have installed several other brands but tried this because the price was attractive.

Excellent quality and value
Excellent value. Similar products have a higher price tag - this could easily have been three times the cost and still be a great deal. Really easy to install. Picture quality is superb. Really useful that power isn't needed at both ends, just at the source. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Product - Worked Straight Out Of The Box
Firstly I received this incredibly quickly without requesting any express delivery. It worked immediately with a standard 20m cat6 cable and a pair of cheap 1.5m hdmi cables. Conection is rock solid and picture quality is amazing. Note that the receiver unit requires power via a micro usb connection. I happened to have a suitable cable in my messy box. For the functionality that this extender provides, it is an absolute bargain.

Tenía que enviar el signal de un recebidor sat a tres televisiones y elegí esto aparato, junto otro y con un HDMI splitter de la misma marca y estoy muy contento. La qualidad del signal es perfecta, nunca un mancamiento, la instalación es muy sencilla. El repetidor IR del mando de la television functiona perfectamente. Estoy muy contento y lo recomiendo.

This is a good splitter for 4K content but despite the fact that each output port is supposed to detect each TV's capabilities I could not get 1080P output from a 4K set top box (Foxtel) source on any of the four output ports. Works great splitting 2 x 4K signals to 2 x 4K capable TVs but tried 3 different Full HD TVs and Monitors, using a couple of different HDMI cables but could not get an image or audio on any of them.
