Used as a loft aerial. Assembly was fairly simple but I would recommend putting the blades in a warm place to make the plastic clips more flexible. All necessary accessories are included so I fitted the vertical pole upside down from a loft beam and this worked nicely. All available HD channels are now watchable. I would recommend this product even though there are probably cheaper options available.

There are two reasons why I did not give this kit 5 stars.1. The director elements are a very tight fit onto the boom, the plastic centre of the director elements have to be flexed to open the clip arrangement so that it will fit over the boom and then clip in place, it needs two people to safely do this to avoid possible damage to the rest of the aerial.2. One of the nuts or bolts provided in the kit was of an incorrect size and would not tighten. Luckily one of the nut & bolt combinations supplied for the reflector mount is not strictly necessary and so this did not hinder assembly.The assembly instructions were very basic, however, taking the above problems into consideration I feel that anyone could assemble this aerial kit without prior experience with possibly the exception of fixing the coax connectors to the cable, if you have never done this before you will need someone with experience of fitting those cable connectors, there are none in the assembly instructions.Other than that the aerial kit was comprehensive, good quality coax cable of generous length, coaxial connectors, bracket and mounting nuts / bolts, and a short stub mast.The aerial performs very well, pointing the aerial at a height of 15 feet / 5m, in the general direction of the Tacolneston transmitter (Norfolk} 30 to 40 km away resulted in 149 freeview channels found on this first scan, optimising the aerial position might have resulted in more but was felt unnecessary.Pleased with the result and purchase.

Well made, easy to set up and install. It is in our loft as per the last one but the difference in signal strength is greatly improved. I used the Antenna Finder app well worth 90p.

I bought this aerial after reading a lot of reviews and like other folks on here, I placed it in the loft as I'm not good with heights. I was worried at first as to whether I would get a good picture having this in the loft but I needn't have worried.. receiving great quality HD channels with no problems at all. I have paired this aerial up to a new Manhattan T4-R Freeview TV Recorder box and everything is working fine - no problems at all. Fantastic feeling to have finally ditched subscription TV providers which are getting greedy and providing the same old repeat after repeat.

Very good Picture, but manufacturing defect meant that It was impossible to attach the aerial to the pole. Basically the bracket was spot welded to the wrong face of the boom.

Despite previous reviews stating this was difficult to assemble- it was the opposite, straight forward to assemble in an attic .. worth downloading’ find the antenna’ on your phone to save time finding which is the optimum location…Once sorted, retuned my TV - excellent picture quality… finding lots of rubbish stations that I don’t want!!All in all- great aerial

Quite easy to put together, screwed it to a truss pointing towards the mast and worked straight away. signal quality is good with no issues.
