Original review: Cute but Good for only placing shoes but it's not sturdy to sit on. I'm 110 pounds and it's questionable. Okay to sit my toddler down on it.NEW REVIEW:So after reviewing the product with NO expectations the seller reached out to me and asked what the exact issues where with the product to make it right. After just an email they offered to send me another free of charge with out me sending the other one back and a full refund for the inconvenience.It was totally unexpected but greatly appreciated. Will be buying from this seller and highly recommend them. The second bench we received was much sturdier which was my dilemma and it was resolved.Thank you guys for making my shopping experience amazing.

I just received the shoe rack bench today and after looking at the instructions, I started putting it together. But the last 2 screws didn't line up properly so I thought I possibly put the 4 posts in upside down. The instructional video on this page was excellent and confirmed I had put the 4 posts in correctly. A neighbor popped in and together we were able to push the posts closer together allowing the screws to get into the holes and tighten it. Once assembled, it is very sturdy and perfect for holding my office supplies under my small desk. I would highly recommend this rack for shoes or any other items you need extra storage. I love the red color as it ties in nicely with my colors.

Was so excited to receive this show organizer. It is a great color, very true to the picture. Easy to assemble. Holds roughly 8 pairs of women's shoes and 5 or 6 men's. The bench area on top could be a bit more sturdy. I know it says can hold over 200 pounds but I wouldn't press my luck. I sat on it and am no where near 200 and didnt trust it so Ill use the top for my Purse and hats and stuff. Over all am satisfied with this purchase. It was just what I was looking for.

At first to be honest I noticed I was missing a few nuts for proper assembly. I proceeded to reach out to the seller and they replied within 24/hrs - not only they reply back quickly but they also mentioned they would ship me a new order. I now have 2 Shoe Rack Bench 3-Tier Bamboo Shoe Organizer Storage Shelf's which is awesome! Just need to stop by a nearby hardware store to buy the missing nuts for the first order which will be less than $1.00 for missing parts. One shoe rack will be going in my 2-car garage and the other in my basement office :) Kudos to the seller and the product!!

I was looking for a bench for my laundry room storage and this turned out great for that. I feel like it’s one of the better looking cheap wood benches on Amazon for sure and it’s got a lot of potential for a diy project. The only reason I give it low stars is cause I waited a few weeks to get it, which is fine, but when it got here it had mold all over it which sent my allergies into a spiral for over a day. It’s cheap so I expect quality issues but not mold. Other than that it’s what you pay for and I personally think it’s super cute for a $30 bench. Also! I knew from the reviews before I got it that it was not going to come in the pictured color at all but the color it actually comes in, which everyone posts to reviews, is a super pretty deep burgundy.

I am happy with the size of the product but it has scratches. Since I needed that and have no time to return so I am keeping it but better not buy again.Update: seller had provided me another piece for free.

It’s easy to assemble if you actually remember to follow directions. Alignment is key to get things put together. The capacity is true to picture. And it seems comfortable to sit on for a variety of people. I’d say max weight so far in the 260lb range although that’s not what it shows as recommended. Also, it’s not the bright red that I was hoping. Really look at the pictures from others in here as it is definitely leans more burgundy. I still like it, just not the color as depicted. Still, I love it!

-It wasn’t red like in the picture selling on Amazon. -Looks more like brown wood on top.Scratch on top. When handy man assembled and found the scratch he also took note of the falsely advertised “red” color.It creaks when I sit on it at 125 lbs. I’d be leery of having anyone sit on it that was much heavier.Amazon wanted me to send back unassembled but I’d have to pay someone to come back to take it completely apart, and find packaging materials. It would cost me more money to do what Amazon suggest than the bench was worth.
