Good After Sales Service
This is an awesome product. I spoiled the battery by connecting wrong charger. I got a very good service from the Tronica workshop. Mr. Manjeet is very hospitable person and gave very good after sales service. I am fully satisfied.

Absolute junk
Absolute junk. I put it for charging with the unit on (apparently you are supposed to turn off the unit while charging) and it never turned on. What a poor design and an utter waste). I never even used it once

A very useful product to musicians and as well singers.
The sound quality is clear & excellent, bluetooth connectivity is very nice and easily parable, there is no doubly about value for money. Overall I am completely satisfied. I feel that the length of mic wire should be supplied more bigger as the the distance between the speaker and mic is very less. And I also suggest if the mic can be of bluetooh good improve the sale of the product much higher.

Needs refinement
Product is good but the one I got made noise at particular notes of flute. I wanted to use it for playing flute but these noises made the otherwise good instrument unusable. I had to return it.

Not for my ears.
Very nice, compact with a lot of features but......although the sound is loud, it is not pleasant to the ear, quality of sound is bad. I have returned the item on the same day. Thanks amazon for refunding the amount in record time.

Product to buy with Closed Eyes
I ordered this product for teaching and chanting purpose. It's amazing that it works very nicely. Mic and echo sound quality is very good. It takes no time to attach and start the amplifier. FM is very good. Pen drive facility is quite useful because of mini remote. I purchased it for ₹2000/- now there is more discounted price. But it's ok. You can buy this with closed eyes. My brother ordered same product after seeing it's performance. He got battery problem but it was replaced with other. Battery back up is also good.
