What a great Christmas gift this was for my grandkids. They love it and had lots of fun the first time they used it!Highly recommend this.

The media could not be loaded. We've been using it daily for about 3 weeks now and it's still great. Simple, intuitive design, easy to disassemble and clean, works well. I like to stop it quickly with the bottom of my cone to prevent heat from dissipating while it spins down (when I want to put sugar in). Don't mind the sound in the video, it was off balance from all the sugar being put it on one side. The bottom has excellent vibration dampening cups

This machine is AWESOME and the flavors are great (and this is coming from someone who really doesn't like cotton candy). I took a star away because when cleaning it, the side of the heater element doesn't appear sharp but sliced through my finger from an accidental touch that could have happened just as easily from my child putting the sugar in. And it was DEEP. So just something to be aware of- the metal is SUPER sharp even though it doesn't look it. But, if you're careful, this thing is freaking awesome!

My daughter requested this for her birthday and she’s been using it ever since. The flavors taste pretty good to the both of us. I think the best thing is the fact that the kit comes with everything you need, different sugars, cones, and a little scoop for the sugar. Definitely teen and parent approved in my house.

My wife and I both have a bit of a cotton candy obsession, okay we admit it- we got this more for us that our kids...The sugar selection that came with it is really awesome and will surely last a long time. We can definitely taste all the different flavors.After experimenting for a bit we found the best way to do it is to wait until the cotton candy starts to appear, then running the stick around the center, then holding it right above it while twirling the stick CONSTANTLY. The cotton candy will wrap around the stick pretty easily. If you don't twirl it fast enough the cotton candy will get thrown to the outside. In the video you'll see we 'lost' some of it at the end.In our experience we recommend you let the machine run for a few minute when you're done to REALLY get rid of all the sugar, otherwise the next time you use it the machine will vibrate like crazy until it heats the sugar.Cleaning is really easy, we just wash it with some soapy water and it cleans right up.Overall we are really happy with our purchase.

Bought this machine in June 2024, didn't unpack it until August 11th, used it one day and it quit working. Want even turn on period. Have cleaned it from the top to bottom & still want turn on.

So I purchased this for my classroom and used it as a rewards day. It made all the check marks . Assembly was simple. The included sugars were more than enough to satisfy 3 different classrooms and I still have a ton more. I also allowed the kids to get more than 1 cone.I never had an issue with the sugar burning like I read in some reviews. I did about 6 cotton candy cones and then removed the sugar collection from the sides of the pink bowl and wiped it down real quick. I did keep a bowl of warm water near by.This was the envy of all the other classes. They even asked when we were having another cotton candy day.Excellent buy!
