I take them regularly. Quality aside they function. When I was getting lightheaded and couldn't function normally I needed a b vitamin complex. These functioned.

This increased my stamina and calmed nerves.

Been using this, or a product similar, for years, but it's getting hard to find.

I originally bought it (along with a bunch of other supplements) to make homemade cat food for my cat. She didn't like my DIY cat food so I started taking it myself. Felt more energetic taking this than taking Naturemade super B. Now I take half of one pill and half of one tablet of kirkland multivitamin and the combo works well for me.

I have been taking this brand and vitamin for over 2 years now and really enjoy b-12 complex because ir gives me the boost of energy I need.

I love this vitamin! As crazy as it will sound, I didn't buy it for me originally. I bought it last summer as a recommended supplement for my dog with kidney failure. When she passed away, I had over half a bottle remaining, so I started taking it (I need Bs anyway...). I was nervous because often B complex, and other vitamins, can make me nauseated. This did not! I can take it at any time of day, with or without food, and I'm fine. Your mileage may vary, however. I'm on my third bottle and won't quit anytime soon.

Follows an older more Middle of the Road formula that works very well for us older folk. Hope they keep it around.
