LEGO Technic Remote Controlled Stunt Racer 42095 Building Kit (324 Pieces)

This was better than I expected, and it's fast and fun to do with my kids.

My son absolutely loves this. He builds Lego like crazy but this was his first venture into the Technic realm. It was a really simple build but the fact that it doubles as a remote control car more than made of for the lack of difficulty, it was the perfect first Technic build. The only knock that I have is that it advertises it as having two possible designs but it only comes with directions for one of them, you have to log onto their website to get the second set which isn't that big of a deal but I would have preferred to have both options in the box.

This is a very well priced Technic Lego kit. Most of these Technic kits are VERY expensive but this one is not in my opiunion and is a great way to get into this line with less cost. The build is advanced but not so crazy that it drives you insane. My son is 11 and is very handy with these types of toys so he was able to build it entirely on his own with only 1 set back: - In case this happens to you, the power center which takes the batteries, be sure to recognize it is 2 SIDED, and takes a total of 4 batteries. 2 on top and 2 on the bottom. It was not immediately explained that way in the instructions so we thought we had a dud. In turns out there are 2 battery doors. Hope this helps anyone that runs into the same issue! LOL

The LEGO Technic Remote Controlled Stunt Racer 42095 is fun to build and play with. The design is very good, and the quality of the pieces feels solid. It’s also compatible with other LEGO Technic sets, which adds extra play options. The set is easy to control with the app, making it accessible even for younger builders. My only issue is that it comes with relatively few pieces, which makes the build feel a bit short compared to other Technic sets. Overall, it’s a high quality, enjoyable set with great design and functionality, but the smaller size keeps it from being a full 5-star product.

The set was hard to assemble but it was so much fun to control it with the remote!!!! Recommend it for advanced builders!!!!

This is an awesome set but not for young kids. The directions are easy to follow but you have to think ahead to see how parts will interact. You don't want to put the wrong piece in place and then have to back track. As an adult I really enjoyed building this and the reward at the end of having a RC vehicle is, well, rewarding.

This model is more difficult than your typical lego set. Some of the diagrams are a bit hard to understand. But that being said, my son and I loved putting it together. Once it was completed, he had a lot of fun driving it. We are in March, he got it at Christmas and he is still driving it around the house. I would recommended not using this one out side. I don't know that the components would hold up to dirt and sand very well.

My 8 year old got this for Christmas. He assembled it with almost no help, his 11 year old brother helped a little. He enjoys the remote control a lot. Of course as kids do, he disassembled it and made a rock scooping device with the motors and tracks. Might have been a little bit too pricey if it wasn't a Christmas gift.

Xmas gift for 8yo (who loves Lego). He built it independently over 2 days and has since taken it apart and rebuilt it in various other ways. Moves well over uneven surfaces (fast and grippy), but smooth flooring (laminate) slows it down somewhat. Definitely one of the more versatile lego kits and still holding steady interest 2 weeks later. Recommend.

El set es muy divertido. Sencillo, fácil de armar y muy rápido. Pero lo mejor es que por un precio bastante razonable obtienes una caja de baterías, un receptor y un control infrarrojo y dos excelentes motores L que no se consiguen tan fácilmente. Como set es bueno, pero como fuente de piezas es aún mejor.

Ist immer noch im Gebrauch und mein Neffe hat immer noch Freude. Gut daran ist, dass keine App für die Fernsteuerung gebraucht wird.

Lo compré para un niño de 8 años. Le costó trabajo, y le llevo un par de días, pero está muy contento porque armó algo que funciona. Hubo que ayudarlo en la parte de las conexiones. Pero todavía lo está usando. Sólo hay que tener cuidado a la hora de estar aprendiendo a manejar, pues si chocas fuerte hay que volver armar partes. Pero es un gran juguete, muy recomendable. Usa seis pilas doble a y dos triple a.
