Great connectors

I was looking for a quality quick connection solution for my digital tv antenna. I wanted to be able to connect when I wanted to use it, but put it away when I was not. The screw on connectors are a little fiddly to deal with, especially when they are in tight locations. With these connectors, you can push it on and still get a very good connection for the antenna. They are gold plated which is supposed to help make a better quality signal transfer. They worked perfectly for what I needed. The price was excellent too. I would definitely purchase these again...

Fixed our problem
The cable input on the back of our TV came loose. We were worried that it would snap off when screwing the coaxial cable into it. To minimize the stress, we purchased this pack of adaptors. Now the coaxial cable simply pushes on without having to twist it a hundred times. No tools were necessary. Simply screw it onto the coaxial cable and you are ready to push it into your TV. Done and done! There are extras in the pack that we will save in case we ever need them for something else. This item was very easy to use and works exactly how we wanted it to. The price was also reasonable.

They're OK
These do the trick but I have one issue, I think they're made slightly bigger than they should be as they don't sit tight on the female. I ended up having to use a pair of pliers to gentle squeeze the male so it would fit more snug. I've been using one several months, (removing/reattaching the cable daily... long story) and it has stayed a solid connection. The weight of the cable has not just pulled it off like some reviewers have experienced. For the price they're OK ans usable just not the tightest fitting I've had in the past. To be honest, quick push-on connectors are not designed to be permanent and will get loose/sloppy over time. Screw connectors are the best solution. IMHO if you've got a heavy cable attached, you really should consider a screw connection.
