My daughter had the chance to pick up two flat-screen TVs (for a nice price), that were surplussed from a large electronics company display. The problem was that there was no remote with either of the TVs, and I wanted to mount them up high on a wall. Searching on Amazon I found these remotes that were matched to the off-brand name of the TVs, and for a very reasonable price and I needed two of them. I was delighted to find that the TVs responded perfectly to these controllers, and I now have full control of my viewing pleasure in two rooms. Without these remotes I would have had to get a step stool and reach behind (ugh) the set to change channels. These are not the "universal" controllers that we usually are forced to use. These are the same brand name as the TVs themselves, and every button does exactly what it says it does. And every one of them work... no 'dead' buttons. I am a happy viewer.

I am beyond happy with this item. This is the SECOND replacement remote I've tried for my old TV and unlike the first one, it WORKS! Yay. It's so weird how the original remote just stopped working out of the blue, but, I am not a television equipment authority by any means. TVs and their remotes work in mysterious ways as far as I can tell. I'm just glad this works! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Because I had been very frustrated. You wouldn't like me when I was frustrated!

Purchased this to replace the one my daughter broke. It looks and works just like the original. It's perfect. I got it in 2 days of course put batteries in it and that's it, it works. No programming no nothing just piont press and success. Definitely a fantastic purchase considering a universal remote would cost about the same price probably more then you'd have to program it and still probably lose functionality. Hopefully this one doesn't get broken but if it does I'll definitely purchase another one.

I thought the tv was the issue, but it was my old remote. This remote was easy to sync to my tv, and works great!

Is this really made by Viore???? The TV is old, at least old in TV years, like maybe 10 years old. The TV still works like it's new and the old remote lasted until March. That's when I got this one. Out of the box it worked as advertised. I was very happy for 2 months when it suddenly stopped working. I know 10 bucks big deal. It wasn't dropped, no liquid spill in fact it was in a room where it was rarely used. So now it's June and I need a new remote. I'll have to get another one from this vendor because there are few options. The seller or Amazon should be paying for this low quality remote but I won't hold my breath.
