Iron quality is good, works very well. Did not left any unbroken lines on clothes. But all of sudden Iron got stopped working within an year and I get it replaced.. service is good. Service department is good and change the iron easily Agent helped me Asma Rico.

Good product and used efficiently 1.5 years. Got a replacement against defective piece easily through courier post contact to support team. But my suggestion is arrangement should be done in such a way that defective product should be picked up through courier from customer address. Its always convenient way and will get 1 more star.
