Best. Card. Ever.
This is a fantastic graphics card. I am reviewing the EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti XC2 ULTRA GAMING Ultra, not the regular XC Ultra. It has a huge fin stack compared to the regular XC which dissipates heat very well. The Precision X1 software allows for a lot of control over your fans, and provides a ton of good info with the ICX2 sensors. I love the look and feel of this card, EVGA did a great job. This is a very well engineered product and it's gorgeous IMHO. Also has the higher binned TU102-300A-K1-A1 GPU. The reason I chose this card over the FTW3, was because I wanted a two fan card, and not a super long three fan one. Make no mistake, this is still a big and heavy card (2.75 slots so really 3 slots), so make certain it will fit in your case, and be prepared for a possible support bracket to prevent sag. The benefit of this huge fin stack is great temps at a 50-60% fan curve which is not loud at all. During gaming with Division 2 (all max settings at 4K) I am hitting 65C, and it looks fantastic - and getting around 70-85 FPS. Very smooth gameplay. RGB lighting is minimal but still looks nice. Yes I know it's very expensive, but it does have Ray Tracing/DLSS capability (BFV looks awesome), and it is far ahead of it's closet competitors. It's the fastest gaming card there is. And the best gaming card there is for 1440p/4K. 5 STAR CARD.

Can handle anything, but gets hot
This thing is a beast. I upgraded from a EVGA RTX 2070. I didn't have any problems with the 2070, I was just tired of always wanting the next best. (I owned a 1070, 2060 prior). As far as differences go from the 2070, I have been able to throw ANY game at it with max graphic settings without a hitch. But I also don't push it to it's limits constantly. I play games like CoD, LoL and WoW, all of which I can run at max settings without an issue. The few minor issues I have run into are here -*Runs HOT! twice as hot as my 2070 did. I upgraded my case, fans and AIO (CPU was getting very hot because of the heat the GPU was producing). I still prefer to leave my case side off to let more airflow in (yes, I know how to manage airflow in my case). Without doing so, after a few hours of gaming, my temps all around will be too high for comfort.*Can be loud depending on fan speed. This ties in with the temp issues. Because my temps were rising fast, I started running the fans at 80-100% all the time (the fans will kick on when things get hot regardless) to keep my temps low. With fans going constantly at that speed, they get LOUD. And I mean like, can hear them through game play with headphones loud. I found a sweet spot that keep my temps low and noise level low, but I feel like I shouldn't need to tweak it like I did for $1300.**Take care as to what POWER SUPPLY you have. If you are only upgrading your GPU because you are still running a 1070/80 ect, I'd suggest upgrading your power supply along with it. This thing pumps out tons of power and in so requires pulling a lot of power from your PS. I have a few buddies with less than 800W power supplies that upgraded to the 2080TI and have had their computers auto shut off because of it.All in all this GPU is amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Just be prepared to upgrade more than just your GPU to support it if you are running older components in your gaming setup. My custom build is below so you have an idea of what I run along with it with no problems except the temps.GPU: EVGA 2080TI XC2 UltraCPU: i9 9900KRAM: 4x8G (32G)PS: Thermaltake 850W 80+ GoldCPU Fan: Corsair H100i Platinum AIOCASE: MUSETEX Phantom Black ATX (6 120mm fans pre-installed)Monitors: Alienware 25" 240hz x2

EVGA 2080 TI XC2 Ultra strong performer but too loud in my setup
The EVGA 2080 TI XC2 Ultra performs runs 150-190 frames per second on Black Ops 4 at 1440 resolution with highest stock temps 67-70c in an NZXT EATX case with Enermax 360 CPU radiator, three top exhaust fans and 240mm rear case fan. No significant drooping in a horizontal mount with no additional bracing. But at full tilt, the fans were just too loud for extended gaming in my setup. It was louder than my MSI GTX1080 and I decided it was too much for extended gaming. But I was so impressed with the performance and craftsmansip that I exchanged it for its water-cooled version, EVGA RTX 2080 TI FTW3 Ultra Hybrid. It is dramatically quieter, of course, and about 10-12 degrees cooler for extended gaming.

Expensive, but worth it
Coming from a 1060 - 6G graphic card, this card is a beast. Playing Fallen Order 4K - 60fps no problem (gorgeous game); pricey investment but I don’t regret it, especially if you want to game in 4K.
