Which one is for bright day time glare from the sun on the road?

Use the dark lenses for day time and the yellow for night and low light. They work well but are not polarized so use carefully! (amazon take note!)

Can theses be worn if wearing contact lenses?

I wear glasses using these items with no problem. Very comfortable.

Are these good if you have cataracts?

I would imagine they would be good if you have cataracts since these Anti Glare Sunglasses cut down on glare quite a bit. At the price they are worth a try.

What is the maximum exact size of prescription glasses these over glasses will fit? I need dimensions.

As these are free returns why not get them and try them out? If not right for your glasses you can return them? I no longer wear glasses for driving but I did use these over my prescription glasses at the time. I can still wear them without prescription glasses. Good wrap round ones - ideal for hay-fever as well!
