Very sturdy, works great 👍 *by A***R on January 31, 2021* Light but very sturdy. Easy to use. Make sure to put flour on the mold or the back of you dough or both so the pierogi come off easily. Don't put too much stuffing (meat, cheese, fruit whatever you use) because these are one of the smaller pierogi making, which my kids LOVE, and if you over load, it will be harder to get them out. I used/had other molds and absolutely love this one. Great price! With my teenage daughter we can make hundreds of uszka in an hour. The thing that slows us down is having to stop and wait for the uszka to boil and cook.I have been having fun with this. I was worried at first, but now I also make apple dumplings, meat dumplings, cheese dumplings, cherry dumplings, Russian potato dumplings and plum dumplings. They all seal perfectly and stay together in the boiling pot. And it is so fast and easy to use.
