Great sound
Great ear buds came when stated, fantastic sound quality extremely happy with purchase

Left earbud cuts out
2 main concerns. 1. The left earbud cuts out from time to time and that is very annoying. Tried to reset but the issue still persists. 2.The other is when taking phone calls. The volume is so low on the right earbud you can hardly hear a thing. This is the second set i have purchased. Thought the first may have been defective but it seems the norm. When both are working, the sound quality is great and they fit nice and snug! Pity about the issues listed above
