The latch doesn’t hold the bar to adjust the arm length. The item itself looks very old and probably used with yellow/rusty marks in the front.It says “the item cannot be returned” and I’m stuck with this defective piece

I recently had a rollerblade accident and dislocated my shoulder. It has been very painful and slow to heal. This Shoulder Wheel has really helped. I do approximately 100 revolutions per set, about 4 times a day. I can really feel the difference. It is really helping, along with the other exercises I'm doing. I highly recommend this Shoulder Wheel if you have a shoulder problem. For me, it was either this (physical exercise through a slow recovery) or surgery. I opted to steer clear of the surgery. This wheel is built like a tank. Very well made, and high quality.

It is a good unit, it works well, but it could be improved with a sturdier wall mount (it twists a little bit from side to side as it is cranked), a longer mount tube that would give it a greater range of height adjustment, and an L-shaped handle that would allow different directions from which the rotating arm can be gripped .

I call it wonder Wheel, because it finally starts to help with my stubborn shoulder after rotator cuff surgery. It just gets you going, increases strength and most of all the range of motion. You can mount it on the wall and it is very sturdy; looks good on the wall too, Every time you walk by, youl stop and make a circle or two, Other family members who's shoulders are fine also benefit from it because its like a workout for both arms and shoulders. You can increase resistance, you can make the handle longer, you can also move the whole device up or down to a position you desire, It is great. Circular motion for exercising your shoulder is good not only for the abpve reasons, but also its good for the heart and lungs, just like swimming.
