I’ve been using pre-workouts for many years. This is by far the best I can use it daily and still feel the effect.

This preworkout works very well for me, and I have tried a lot in the past, being an exercise science major and working at a GNC back in the day. It has the beta alanine and niacin for the tingly feeling in your arms and face. There's creatine along with arginine and citrulline for a nice pump, and enough caffeine for me for solid energy but no jitters. And the intensity matrix truly works, giving sharp focus to push through a rough workout. I seemed to have plateaued on my previous preworkout, and this definitely gave a noticeable bump to overall energy, strength, and performance. I would say this is similar to C4, which in many eyes is sort of the gold standard for preworkouts. I tried the Extreme version of Hyde, the only difference was the noticeably higher caffeine content which made me feel like I had to walk around the parking lot going to my car after the gym to burn off the extra energy. I'm not a fan of that feeling, so this one works perfect for me. Will be using for a long time! You get the makn food groups of pump, energy, focus, and the tingles, without feeling crazy and then crashing after. Blue razz, watermelon, and pixie dust all taste just fine.

This has become a warning sign to those around me. Single Scoop and I am vibrating across the floor, Double Scoop and I begin seeing through walls. My coworkers see blue in my bottle and just move out of the way. no real crash but watch out for walls with this energy boost. Mixes Easy, same ingredients you expect to see in pre-workout, no real itchy side effects but still a good pump

this stuff definitely works to burn fat ! But made me wayyyyy too jittery ! And it woudn't let me sleep after taking it ! upset my stomach really bad ! works fast ! texture is good ! But not good for my mental health ! Wont be buying again !

One star isn't low enough. It's the worst tasting preworkout I've ever tasted hands down. It's supposed to taste like pixie sticks but it tastes like cleaner or some random chemicals. And I've forced my way through the some horrible tubs before. I can't rate the buzz because it's physically impossible to drink. Your body just wants to spit it out. I can't believe they can legally sell this.
