Review: Perfect for adding to ice cream - I make all my own ice cream, Freeze dried fruit is perfect to add for texture and flavour. It absorbs just enough moisture from the ice cream to reconstitute but does not freeze solid to ice, as fresh fruit does. I add about 20 grams to a litre of ice cream, just before the end of churning, so this size packet goes a long way. Yummy!
Review: Crunchy, light and juicy - These are a wonderful surprise as they are very lovely and light and crunchy! Then as you chew they become soft and the flavour is a very natural mango, as you'd hope. Had to keep the packet back from my 7yr old granddaughter who would've eaten the lot, bless her! Only draw back is the cost but there is a lot of mango in there and is good quality.

## Features

- 100% FREEZE DRIED FRUIT - Freeze-dried Mango with no added preservatives or sugar. The process of freeze drying, removing the water, allows the fruits to retain thier colour, aroma, structure and composition meaning the characteristics of the fruit have been maintained whilst the flavour intensifies.
- DELICIOUS HEALTHY SNACK - Innovative healthy snack for children or adults, or as addition to breakfast muesli and smoothies. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans, raw foods, and gluten-free
- GREAT SOURCE OF VITAMINS & MINERALS - Our freeze dried fruit is a great source of vitamins, including vitamin C, antioxidants, minerals, and fibre. 8g of our freeze-dried fruit counts as 1 of your 5 a day portion
- DELICIOUS TASTING FREEZE DRIED FRUIT - The deliciousness of the freeze-dried fruit depends on the quality of the fresh fruit used. We offer only fruit grown in a traditional way by small farmers, harvested when ripe, and processed within 2 hours of harvest. As a result, 19 of our products were awarded with Great Taste
- CONVENIENT RESEALABLE POUCH - The freeze dried fruit has a long shelf life when kept in its sealed package, keeping the fruit inside dry and fresh
