Runs small. Fits well.
I have a 14 inch knee and a 17 inch thigh, and this size medium knee brace fits well and gives good support. Happy with it so far.

It really supports the knee and lets the blood flow in the knee.

Love it
Works excellent as a semi-compression knee brace for behind the knee in the crease. Just needs a second (middle of strap) piece of Velcro on the upper strap to keep the main part of brace from slipping down while being active.

Easy on and off
These are my favorite knee braces... I've been using them for years and I can't find them in the stores anymore. I prefer ones without stabilizers because I do some exercises that require you bend your knee and I can simply undo the velcro straps so I can get the full range of motion and simply redo the straps to continue. I plan on buying at least two more now that I know they're the ones that I wanted.

Awesome price
Had purchased at CVS for 20 dollars for one, here I was able to get 4 for just a bit more. Fit as expected and does the job.

Avoid this one
The straps make it hold pretty good which I liked but the hole for you r knee is TINY. It holds your knee so tight in that little holw that me knee felt like it was dislocating even just walking around. I think that it was actually holding my kneecap in a dislocated position. I'd say that if you are really tiny this brace might work for you, but for most people this brace is just badly designed.

Does not fit well and No moisture control
I bought medium size. It fits well on the lower part of my knee but it is too big for upper part of my knee. If I tighten upper strap to make it fit, then I see big fold over of material with gap around my knee cap. So it does not give fully balanced support to my knee. Also It suppose to be "Moist Control" but it is not. I would not recommend anyone to buy it unless buyer knows that it will fit well on her/him.

Just what I needed
This thing is comfortable during 12 mile hikes over rough, rocky, steep terrain and it has really help recuperate my knee. I don't have to even wear it much any more, but when I do, it always delivers comfort, support and stability and I forget I'm even wearing it. Highly recommend this product.
