Very good bought a couple of rechargeable ones before lasted about two weeks. This one was worth paying the xtra very pleased .

Have COPD. Really east to use

A must have for anyone suffering with breathing

Nice machine that works well. Small droplets ideal for purpose. Ideal for nebulizing patient with think phlegm and a bad cough. I would suggest that the machine comes with a few plastic ampules of Normal Saline ready for use.

Can’t fault this product, works well, even though it states domestic use only, I can’t actually see the difference between this one and the ones you get in the hospital to be honest. Very impressed. Same noise level, it’s not quiet but nothing too noisy it would be unbearable. Very compact machine which is great as it won’t take up huge amount of storage space the not being used. Only let down is the instruction manual was poor. I set it up on my knowledge of how the hospital ones are but there were some other attachments that came with it I had never seen and couldn’t work out where they attached. Instructions could be much. Better. I prefer visual aids and there was just one small picture of a part that was already together. Love it none the less and already used it a few times.

Okay 1 its quieter than omron machines the hose is silently thicker so shouldn't suffer kinks so easily its quite small too okay now the reason I took away a star the face mask is not going under the chin like hospital masks I dont know if this will make a difference I haven't used this yet I will comment more later when I have had the need to use it it has nose fittings and mouth too it has spare filters and a child's mask too so has alot of extras not just for adults having now used this machine i would definitely recommend this machine rest assured it's works great for phlegm and tight chest infections works better than the omron I was given to use in hospital which you dont get the filter cleaned because the nhs doesn't like working for a living ive been hospitalised three times in two years and as a patient I was never listened to or helped and their go to answer for help including meds is i woll pass that info on and then ita not and your left with your ☆☆☆☆ in your hand as the saying goes
