Super Pan!
Just received this round grill pan and have already used it x 3 times. I’m so happy with this quality lightweight pan. It leaves perfect grill marks - even my lowly grilled cheese sandwich on rye never looked so appetizing! I use it on my Duxbury induction cooktop and it heats up so quickly and evenly. It also fits in my Breville Smart oven so it will be used there too. I would recommend this pan to everyone. Very EZ to hand wash, nothing sticks. I had read the reviews about the handles getting hot and yes, yes they do. I thought about buying the silicone covers that are offered but thought I would stick to oven mitts after reading the silicone covers also get hot. The handles are large enough that the mitts can grab them so no problems.

Compact, light weight, well made
I bought two pans before this one: first one in cast iron, great size but too heavy; second one, great weight but too large. This one was the goldilocks version. It is well made, light and fits one large steak (or two smaller ones) or 2-3 chicken breasts perfectly. For a single person, the size is perfect.I've just used it once. It sears very nicely and cooks evenly with the lid on. It does get extremely hot and the handles will burn you. The steak I cooked came out evenly cooked but too well done - I'll have to adjust the temperature and cooking time for this particular pot. I added some sliced, cooked potatoes to the pan and cooked them along with the steak. This will be a great pan for lots of different meals. I replaced my George Foreman stove-top grill with this pan. I like the GF, but over the years I've dropped them or they stopped working, or they're just a pain to clean and bulky storage. The Whatever Pan will replace the GF and do so much more.

AWESOME PAN!!!
This pan is everything everyone says it is! I have a glass cooktop, so using cast iron isn't an option for stovetop cooking, but I still want that perfect sear on my proteins - and this pan DELIVERS!!! It can tolerate very high heat and deliver great results in a short amount of time. You don't need any oil, but I personally brush a bit of avocado oil onto the protein to encourage a great sear, and I get those great grill marks, and even a bit of charring (which I like). There was NO STICKING AT ALL!!!! It's not large - so if you're looking for a family sized grill pan, you might want to pass, but if you're cooking for 2 or 3 people, it's definitely workable.

Good purchase!
Was a good buy. I finally used it and my only complaint is that the handles got hot Never gave it a thought when I grabbed them with my bare hands I used it for hamburgers and with the lid the clean up was easy. The burgers cooked faster and better than in a flat fry pan Glad I listed to my sister because she recommended it

Cooks great grilled chicken
We use this a lot to get an almost grill taste. Have used it both in the oven and on the stovetop. Washes easily. Makes great chicken.

The handles get very hot. Be sure to buy the handle covers.
Great pan. Not heavy like a cast iron pan.

Handles get really hot be very careful not to touch them while cooking 🔥!!
I love it!! Grill look without lighting one. Easy to clean. You can use the pan to bake in the oven. The only thing I don't like is that the handles get really hot, you can use silicone handles or mittens to solve that problem. Otherwise this is my new cooking pan.
