The Balance Rod has a high density foam core that allows you to know where your weight is when you stand on it. It makes it a little more difficult to say in balance. Our body works very quickly to adjust. Within a few swings or strokes, without thinking, your will know your weakness and refine your balance.

Really great!
This is one of the best training aid values I've ever come across, truly indispensable for eliminating balance issues and finding the sweet spot. It's also really, really simple and nothing you couldn't create on your own, but the price is fair and the product is durable. I've made it part of every range session.One note: a prior reviewer recommended it for grass rather than matts, but for what it's worth my own experience was quite the opposite. It works really well on the firm, level surface of a matt station, but tends to sink in a little too much into turf to really be fully effective. Also, it obviously stays much cleaner on a matt than on the ground.

Balance trainer
Trainer works exactly as advertised. Recommend it be used on turf not range mat. Difficult to align with target on windy days as trainer is very light weight.
