what is the difference between this one(bullydog 40410) and the bully dog 40415? except that its legal in one more state and about 70$ more

From what I read on their web site the only difference is the 50 state rule. Other than that I have no idea. I can say that it did improve my gas mileage on my 2011 gmc sierra 4x4. I was getting about 10 mpg due to leveling kit and oversized tires. I got up to around 14 with the chip. Then I added a spectre intake and now get up to 18 on the hwy and 14 - 15 in the city. I like my system but took a month or so to completely figure out the settings and such. Hope this helps. Call Bullydog if you want good answers.

Will I be able to adjust the speedometer/odometer for smaller tires?

Depends on vehicle you have to research the Bully Dog website for the specific vehicles. For my Nissan it does not. However, there is some vehicles that it will.

No, the Bully Dog 40410 is only compatible with the Dodge Ram for years 2003-2010 at this time.
