Does this case have the weather stripping in the back to keep it protected from water and dirt like the original cover?

I like the cover. I have not gotten it wet yet, and dont plan to lol.

Does the case stay closed?

It will stay closed if you NEVER open it. If you have it open even for a short period of time, you have to lay it on its face for it to stay closed. With other bad things about this case, I did NOT like it one bit!

It this case OEM (genuine Samsung) or is it off-brand? I purchased the off-brand but they did not work as they should.

Seller says it is genuine, however it is missing the Samsung imprint with model number on the inside back cover as well as the barcode verifying the model number.

does this allow for wireless charging?

No, unfortunately it does not. That requires a special case. I looked at those cases, but didn't find anything with the S-View features.
