Excellent customer service
Update: I reached out to Khadi and they were very quick and professional to resolve the issue that originally prompted me to leave 2 stars. Upgrading my rating for excellent customer service and a company that stands by their product.Original: water-resistant-- I've used Khadi paper before with great success. Not sure what happened here but it is laborious to work on this paper. The paper rejects watercolor and water. I HAVE to do wet on wet whether I want to or not, because you have to scrub paper to get the watercolor through. Wish I knew a solution.

Nice paper, not well packed for shipping
This paper has a beautiful decked edgeI was surprised that it was not protected with at least a plastic bag to protect it during shipping

lovely texture for simple watercolors
This paper isn't for everyone, but I really enjoy using it, especially when I'm in very dry conditions. In a humid or damp climate, lines don't stay as crisp and ink can spider out in the fibers, because it is 100% cotton and very absorbent, after all. Otherwise the texture is lovely to work on. I would choose this paper for more graphic and flat works, not very detailed fine painting.

Handmade paper
I’ve been using this brand of paper to draw for about 20 years… if I have to order this from abroad, that’s what I’ll do.

Takes getting use to
Stretching this paper may help reduce buckling. This paper is quite different from many 140lb cold press. Will need to work with it to understand more about it
