Love the product, but not the packaging
I've been using Sweet 'n Low since the '70s and love the product. For me, it's been my de facto sugar substitute for so long that I don't even think about buying or using anything else. The product has been consistently good over all these decades, making life a little sweeter for diabetics and others who just want to limit their sugar intake. So no problems there.However... Nowhere on this product's (B07FPP6W33) page did it say that the packets would arrive LOOSE in an unbranded, generic plastic bag! I expected to open the package and find the familiar pink box containing pink packets, but, no, I pulled out a plastic bag containing loose packets, with a little white label stuck on the bag.Like some others, I was hesitant to even use them, as I have no idea if they're authentic, or how old they are, or anything. I've submitted a complaint to Amazon about 'incorrect information' on this page, i.e., that the product arrives with loose packets in a plain plastic bag, but I don't see any difference yet. I hope they change it, and I also hope they make the seller(s) post images of how they actually ship the product. Customers need to know that they're not buying authentic, branded pink boxes of Sweet 'n Low.Bottom line: I love Sweet 'n Low and have for many years, but I don't appreciate AT ALL receiving random, loose packets in a generic, unbranded bag instead of the familiar, legitimate pink box I expected.

Bulk mailing not anticipated
I assumed, or did not pay attention to the description, that this was a bulk shipment rather than a sealed package which would have shown an expiration date. There is no way of knowing how old the shipped sweeteners are since any expiration date would have been onthe box packaging, not the individual sweeteners.

Unable to use
These came in a sandwich bag. And the packets had evidence of getting wet at some point. I threw them all out. No telling what they got wet with. I rather have gotten them in their original box. Not buying again.
