**Q: Can only be baked up to 400 degrees? Has anyone baked with it at 450?**
A: I’d call Nordic ware and ask

A: One box of cake mix in the USA typically yields 4 cups of batter, which is about right for this size pan as you don't want to fill more than 3/4 full to allow for rising.
