This pan far exceeded my expectations, nice size and wonderful quality and it works fine on our Induction hob. I cook BIR curries and this is perfect for the job. So pleased that I have ordered another slightly smaller one.

Cooks perfect and cleans easy

This wok is so dangerousIt gets hot, especially the handlesI burnt my arm in two placesBought tears to my eyes . Ouch !!I then washed it after use in the dishwasher, it came out black/ grey . Poor quality material.If I hand washed it, there was always a black foam forming. There was colour coming out of the metal.I was so angry that I binned it.Left with two scars on my arm.Not happy.Really angryPlease never buy. Customer service from the company is unacceptable.

I will be using it mostly for steaming and my trays fit well inside. Arrived all shiny and silver. Unfortunately it lost all of that after steaming despite washing and scrubbing. As long as it's durable and i can steam over and over i'm happy. I would be reluctanct to cook anything in it as when washing there was a grey coloured substance which was washed out. Never have that with any other pan that i have. Only used once and it will be interesting to see if it keeps happening every time i wash it.

Cooks perfectly, I just need to remember the handles get hot

Initially bought this for cooking curries as recommended by a lot of chefs, But now I use it for loads of different things, from stews to chilli and sauces. The aluminium distributes the heat much more effectively than the normal mild steel pans resulting in not as much sticking and cleaning is a breeze. Sturdy construction, yet very lightweight. Because I'm using it for so much more than initially intended, I'm looking to buy another one.

Does exactly the job I wanted it for which is attempt to make authentic curries. Gets very hot which is what you need to reduce (bhuna, oooh get me!) your sauces down to the consistency you prefer. The closest I can get to a negative (although it's really just common sense) is that the handle lid gets extremely hot so use a cloth to handle it - simples!
