It’s very well-written and explained. I did read the Science of Mantras earlier, but found it very difficult to follow as it is more advanced for a novice like me. But this book by the author is bang-on for rookie’s who are on their way to explore the world of mantra Sadhana

He has illustrated the steps and asks us to the best ways to follow. He repeatedly tells us about how important it is to get absorbed by it and u should be incessantly chanting it with full awareness.Remains silence about people who has already heard the Gayatri mantra from guru during “ brathamandha” ceremony which Brahmin kids do while they are kids. Do they still follow all steps?

One can follow the practices very easily its not complicated at all , easy to understand and follow .

Reading this book for the second time and this with the goal of starting Sadhna in Navratri. Book is very simple to follow and understand. Swamiji has kept beginner sadhakas in mind while writing this book. All the knowledge of starting with Gayatri Sadhna in 1 book. Highly recommend.I had bought this book on kindle in the past but the last few page’s have gibrish written instead of Sanskrit and looks like nothing as changed. I am going to return this and get a paper version of this.
