Badia makes great spices for a great price. This is my first time purchasing pickling spice from them but have bought a numer of things from them over the years and have loved each one. The spices arrived and are actually larger pieces than ones in smaller containers which is great for me. My new venture is trying to make corned beef and this is perfect. It will also work well in the pickles I do. The smell when you open the container is heavenly if you love spices as I do. Definitely fresh and ready to create great flavor.

I bought this to add a new variety to my canned goods and I am very glad I did! Add this per directions to your canned pickles or peppers and it really adds a great taste and aroma to them!I have to say, these are one of my favorite pre-made spices to use.
