I'm using the instrument for grade work and form setting on my building lot and it is certainly adequate for the task.Worthwhile purchase so far.

Does not include tripod
Paid $70+ to receive it by Monday. Didn't get delivered until after I left out of town for 10 days on Tuesday after 1 pm. Pics show a tripod but was not included in the purchase price. It doesn't say you get a tripod so they are covered and I'm more educated now
