My wife wanted me to order these because according to a TikTok video, for women, it helps women get more wet during arousal/sex if the supplement is taken daily. I can vouch for these as it definitely works. Sometimes it's a hit or miss though. But I'm impressed with the turnout.

By itself, used to improve chronic constipation, I didn't notice an improvement. Sometimes combining different herbs like this can help. So I still throw it in sometimes but I wasn't really impressed. Might work for other people of course cuz it is an herb.
