Ham to Mayo ratio is "just right" !Enough for a large snack or a small sandwich. Reminds me a bit of the Deviled Ham my grandpa used to eat with old fashioned hard crackers.Keeps well without refrigeration but does taste better cold.

I've had these before and they are a great handy snack. I would have given 5 stars but, the batch I got this time was a little oily for my taste.

Need to reduce the salt. Maybe for people who like Spam it would be alright, but tasted a lot like mayo with a ton of salt in it to me. Other flavors of this line are pretty good. This is the only flavor I don't really like.

Please stop. I love ham salad, and this product is beyond disappointing. The overriding flavor is salt, and the mushy ham shards are covered in some kind of white slimy goo. The appearance is disgusting, and the taste appalling. The ham pieces need to be chunkier and more vibrant. Some dots of green pickle relish would help. Just use your tuna salad recipe and substitute ham. Please! I bought a 12-pack and if I'm not able to return the 11, I will donate them to the food bank. And I don't feel good about that. I'd rather be donating wholesome, tasty food to the needy. This just doesn't cut it. Please, please rethink this. Ham salad can be a true delight. I would give this zero stars but the review won't submit. For the record: Zero stars.

I like this because it was quick in getting a snack , I normally would eat them as meal and they came in handy.

Just write for lunch
