I measured my arm according to the directions in the seller’s photos, got 12 inches so ordered a large. It was too big so I had to return it for a medium. That was an easy transaction. I think the problem is that although I’m not overweight, I’m in my 50s and have little “pudgy pillows” under my arms which made my measurement come out too large. Depending on your own body type you may consider ordering a size down. I read other reviews that also said for the elbows they had to order a size down. I injured my elbow working out at the gym on the same day that I moved a lot of bricks. The compression sleeve worked great to reduce my pain A LOT the very first time I wore it, and my elbow is healing nicely. It is comfortable to wear, does not add bulk, I can wear it under my shirt, it stays put where it is supposed to be, and the edges do not roll down. I like that the package came with a pair of two which is an added bonus, because I can toss one in the wash and wear the other one. I highly recommend these. It’s a good product that works well for a very reasonable price.UPDATE: I took these on a trip and lost them both. I liked them so much that I ordered another set. VERY happy with the price of less than $9 for two of these, considering I had to order a replacement for the ones I lost. My elbow continues to feel better and I no longer have to wear them all that much. But they are still especially helpful for when I am doing a lot of walking and my arm hangs down and swings. I have has elbow pain for over 7 months and have tried a number of remedies to get rid of it...physical therapy, ice, over the counter pain relievers, etc., without much success. I would get some temporary relief and then the pain would come back. I'm not saying this brace is going to magically make all of your pain go away; however, I did notice significant relief and increased stability as soon as I put it on. This brace is everything it's advertised to be...comfortable, well constructed, breathable, formfitting, etc. PLUS, you cannot beat the price...less than $10 for two sleeves. Also, they provide a web address with your order to access tips and a customer service guide. SB SOX hasn't been around that long (2016), but they are off to a good start based upon my experience so far. It's hard these days to determine which products are really the best when purchasing from Amazon because of all the bogus reviews, but this company appears to be legit. Look no further!

Honestly, my tennis elbow is beyond the help of supports etc so I can’t determine the effectiveness of the sleeve, yet. However, it is very comfortable, does not twist nor slide around on your arm and I play advanced league tennis. I have washed and dried them several times and they are just a form and comfortable fitting as the day I pull them from the packaging. Appears to be good quality material with no fraying or seam issues. I look forward to wearing them once I let my elbow rest for 4-6 weeks!

The item is as good as or better than advertised. Dealing with tennis elbow in both arms. With this product I'm able to get through my work shift without the aches and pains.

Suffering from Golfer's Elbow for the last few months. Stopping all activity to my injured elbow was just not enough. After months of pain, it was time to look into a product that would give my elbow the assistance it needs to recover. This compression sleeve in conjunction with an elbow brace, seems to be helping! My elbow is getting the support it needs to help my tendons heal and I haven't had surges of pain in my elbow area as before. The quality of this product is very good. I am happy with the price range, quality, packaging and purchase. If you decide to go with this product, I wish you the same results that I have been receiving. Hopefully a full recovery will come sooner with the assistance of this product.

I received my item very quickly a big plus this arm sleeve is very nice looking when I had it on for a while I did feel some pain relief. The compression on my arm felt great I loved the relief I was feeling that I even fell asleep for a while. Later on same day went shopping long story short, I started noticing every time I bent my arm it was hurting I tried to fix the elbow sleeve but I realized there was just know way to find comfort this was at my inside of elbow when you bend your arm the material of sleeve is just to thick and rubs against my skin a burns and hurts really bad. Feels like rug I was in bad pain and ugly rash when I took off my sleeve. So it’s a negative review these sleeves are not for me too rough on my skin they more for on top of clothes outside wear they are thick material

They are the correct thickness, tightness, quality made. Design allows you to see were your elbow should go. Have washed them in regular laundry machine. I have no complaints. My shooting arm in basketball has me sore the next day if I don't wear this product after shooting 25 three pointers. I don't notice them while I'm playing, maybe every 15 minutes I need to pull them up a little, but I think they are just the perfect compression for me. I bought large. For reference; 5'9" at 170lbs. with 15 inch biceps.
