Fixed my SOS fault / audio issue on my BMW E90 caused by dead Sirius XM module
Easy fix on my 2007 BMW 328i wagon (E90 E91 E92 generation) for an SOS fault which causes the audio to not work. Used this to bypass the dead Sirius XM radio module in the trunk. Open the driver side hatch in the trunk, pull out the connector on the back of the Sirius XM module and pop this into the connector to link the two connector terminals (one connector terminal is lit up and the other is not lit). Done! 2 minute job if you know where to go. Even came with a zip tie to secure the loose connector now that it's no longer plugged into the back of the Sirius XM module. Highly recommend.

The only adapter that fits! Instantly fixed the issue.
Immediately fixed my issue on my E60 M5.My audio stopped working, as well as Bluetooth, plus an SOS malfunction. I found a guide on troubleshooting MOST bus issues. I removed part of the liner in the left side of the trunk to expose some modules. I checked the MOST connectors on the Logic 7 Amplifier, SAT module, and TCU. There was a red light from the amp and SAT, but not the TCU. This indicates the fault is likely with the SAT module. I ordered this (after trying a different one that didn't fit), and the second I plugged it in my audio kicked on. SOS warning went away and I was able to connect to Bluetooth.Luckily, I don't use SiriusXM so I don't need the SAT module and can leave the bypass plugged in. Well this seller knows their stuff and included a zip tie with the connector. A small gesture and little detail, but it was nice to see the recognition of the issue. This is the one to buy if you need a MOST bypass adapter. Thanks!

Great product and service
Worked great on our 2008 BMW X5.Needed it to close a optical loop when I removed the 6-disc DVD changer which was faulty. They were also great in responding very fast when I contacted them.Although it is more expensive that other products that do similar things I decided to go with them as they are an US supplier, supports veterans and product and service were 5 stars.Highly recommend !

Worked, easy, perfect fix
Seriously, fixed this common problem. Took 10 mins. And since it's a common problem I didn't bother doing detailed troubleshooting, just tried this cable and it fixed it.For reference, in the 2008 e92 m3 the defective satelite radio module is not labeled as such. Its the one on the left hand (drivers) side in the back of the trunk. There is another module on the far left hand "shelf" that says "tuner" and is less accessible, i thought that might be the problem but it wasn't (at least for me)

This worked perfectly.
This worked perfectly for resolving my no Bluetooth and SOS issue in a BMW E92. I highly recommend it.

Didn't work for me!
I don't know if it was just my car but the product didn't work for me so I can't really write a bad review. My radio keeps going on and off by itself. I watched videos and thought this would solve the problem but it didn't.

Solves the No audio problem
If your reading this you have done extensive research on how to get your audio system going in your bmw. I have a 2008 BMW 750li. The satellite unit when bad causing the whole "I" drive system to go down. The system operates via fiber optic cable. this loop bypasses the bad unit thereby give you audio again. The loop takes 10 seconds to install but to get to that point takes 10 mins. You must pry the inside trunk panel on the driver side to expose the satellite unit. have a small zip tie ready to secure the loop in place to the original fiber loop. While your in there take a pic of the Bluetooth module if your car is equipped with one. you will need that to pair your phone to the car. This unite works!!

Excellent product
I loved it.. it literally took 10 min. To place on my car... the hardest part was locating my satellite radio console in the trunk... i didn't have to break it, like I saw in videos, this part was ready to go.. worth the price saves tons of time.. 5 stars 4 sure..
