Have been taking this supplement for a little over two years and will definitely continue adding it to my shakes. It’s not a magic cure-all and it certainly won’t resolve your issues overnight, but after sustained use I can honestly say I’ve noticed an improvement in my immune defense and mental acuity.I’ve tried many mushroom supps and these guys are by far the best! First off, I don’t eat mushrooms. I think they taste nasty except coated & fried chanterelles. But this magical mixture in my coffee and creamer is delicious! It’s almost like a chocolate undertone in your mouth after swallowing your coffee. I liked it so much that I now use 1/2 scoop in my 1st cup and 1/2 scoop in my 2nd cup.
