Took abuse where stocks couldn't (copied, same order# and use time)
These things have served me perfectly. Worked for months with hard ripping and drifting in my slash 4x4 stock electronics. Motor dies, (yay for rust) these beat the replacement motor where the new replacement motor shaft ripped out of the car. I haven't had a single issue. It feels more responsive, whereas before it seemed like the crappy stock shafts were twisting as it accelled. I'm working on fixing it up now, still works after a half year in out florida garage. (using a brushed motor from a stampede) These will serve you well, please do not buy more of the Traxxas plastic shafts. They are absolute trash. I have a PILE of them with broken u-joints. These guys really made a quality product. I can't stress this enough, I am pissed at traxxas for providing these when they WILL break out of the box, with no power upgrades.

Excellent CVD's on my P4DE
This kit is awesome.. I have installed both the front and rear M6 tekno kit, aswell as the bigbone center drivershaft. I have to say i love them. I got sick of breaking stock driveshafts on my Stampede 4x4 VXL (6708L)...I replaced 4 rears and 2 fronts in 2 months... When I upgraded my P4DE to the Castle 1415 2400kv motor and Hobbywing WP-SC8 120A ESC the drivetrain was already bulletproofed. This kit is LIGHT but made of HARDENED steel.. Replace the stock slipper pads with the aluminum ones from the revo rebuild kit if you plan to run above 3S..Also grab some spare 6x12x4mm rubber sealed bearings, as this kit upgrades your stub axles to 6mm over the stock 5mm meaning none of your old stock bearings from your old carriers or steering blocks will work... I shredded one the first week after the upgrade and learned real fast how frustrating it is to have a sidelined truck simply because of a bearing..The Tekno Bearings are better than the traxxas sealed ones, but could be better. Also I Realllly wish tekno make an aluminum 7075 steering block,c-hub,rear carrier set to go with their oversized axle's but the tekno plastic ones are just like RPM Plastic they are unbreakable so they say, and warranty'd for life. I would buy this kit again and again without even a thought. Mine came with the lightened drive cups ;D I'm really a big fan of the design and the fact there is only a single grub screw used to actually connect the drive cups to the diff itself. The dog bones are captured in the cups and the shaft joints are captured inside the stub axles. Absolutely eliminating the possibly of anything threading out or coming lose during bashing or racing etc. I run full RPM A-Arms all around and I have never had a cvd pop out like some people have claimed. I jump my truck 25+ feet on a regular basis, and the suspension is fully extended. the harder it lands the further into the drive cups its going to force the dogbone so i dont see how it could come out. anyway rant over!! LOLUse blue loctite when you install the single set screw into each diff cup, and give it time to set before running.Happy Basshing!¡Edit: Just wanted to mention that the aluminum front steering blocks & c-hubs from the XO-1 will work with the oversized 6mm axles... FRONT ONLY tho the rears will not.

M6 Front Driveshaft
Directions for install were very good; easy even for someone without great mechanical skills. I found I had to be careful not to tighten the existing "shoulder bolts" too tight because it restricted the action of bearing cups, making it difficult to steer the truck. This is a great product, but I received an outer bearing that did not fit. I had to buy a new one from the local hobby shop and now it works fine. Tekno support wanted me to sent pictures of the problem, but it was more trouble than it was worth. Have run the truck for about an hour, so far so good.

Bent shafts first time out
Ok so I managed to bend both front shafts and broke an outer pivot that the pin drops thru before the outer Hub is pushed thru the bearing. I just need part numbers to order replacement parts. Don't have time to wait for warranty. I will just buy spares. It has stock lower arms so I don't know what the hell happened.
