Loved it!! Tastes like roses!!

I have been eating lokum all my life, and I know the real taste of it.This was one did not satisfy my taste, too much sugar and tastes different with mastic.I won’t buy another one.

These candies are just as remembered. It has been decades since tasting the lightly sweet with a slight mastic flavor, and sipping tea. Wow.They were delivered fresh and perfect shape. Each little nibble melts in my mouth.I am happy!

I ordered the hazelnut coconut and it was delicious. It didn’t have the copious amounts of powdered sugar that are added to other flavors. Just a nice coconut sugar coating. I’m pleased.

I’ve bought many forms of Turkish delight because my children were big fans of the Narnia series, and this candy is mentioned in the “Lion the witch and the wardrobe.” This is my favorite brand. I always send a box to each child at Christmas time but I’ll warn you they run out so order early. It may be that it’s an acquired taste, but my kids prefer the rose flavor.

This was my first time having Turkish Delight and I must say the flavor was fantastic. The packaging itself is pretty flimsy so the stuff I got was smooshed but neither the inner nor outer seals were broken so I might suggest that if you are getting this as a gift you try to get it shipped with other stuff so it's a little better protected in/by a cardboard box. Otherwise yes, if you like rose flavor do try this stuff as it is quite worth it!

Pieces too big for my liking

Well they were not a delight and did not have the consistency of what I am used to enjoying. These were rubbery and I had to chew and chew and chew. There were hardly any nuts in the 2 pieces we tried. The only thing good was the flavor. I do not recommend these at all. Buy the Maratha Mixed variety Turkish Delights. They were superb unlike these gummy ones.
