I initially bought this for my parents. But now, I add it to my tea and enjoy the extra favor. It’s also good to strengthen my immunity system. There are sliced products available but the whole piece is better for long term keeping. Just slice a piece every time I need it. American ginseng is good for summer which is different from Korean one for the winter. Ice tea tastes even better!

I like this brand of products very much, but I would be more satisfied if your company could cut them into pieces before selling them in packages. Countless customers like me complain that it is very inconvenient to eat. If you provide cutting services, sales will increase by at least 3 times.

This is a very good quality and authentic ginseng. The only problem I am facing which has nothing to do with this specific seller or the product offering is a general side effect of Siberian ginseng I am experiencing really bad headache within an hour or two of taking this product. Had to end up discarding the entire product after a couple of uses

Nicely priced and packaged. Made Korean ginseng chicken for my mom... awesome flavor. Due to its size, had to use 12pcs for 5 pound chicken, more pcs than larger sized ginseng, but well worth the price compared to Korean ginseng... pic shows my pinky, and I'm very petite. As for efficay, cannot answer that since this dish was made for my mom who can't communicate. However, I do believe all ginsengs are good for energy and blood circulation. Growing up, my mother used to feed us in powder form one spoonful w/honey daily.

Compared with the amount in the box, the price is relatively high

I finally opened it last year after letting it sit for a year. Still tastes good. I have been using it in sochu to mimic the Korean alcohol but I plan on making chicken soup with it soon now that the weather is colder.Each one is about the size of a small pinky finger (< 3 inches) and expands to about the size of an index or middle finger after being soaked. I know hand sizes vary but that might you an idea of how dried up they are.

Less than 4oz as claimed on package and in poor quality. Bought as a gift - feel bad to give it to a fried to try for this brand. The friend does not think she will buy this brand in the future.
