Wonderful support for anyone who needs it.
I bought this for my 82 year old mother. It is a wonderful product. It's very sturdy and more well balanced than anything else I've found on the market. It glides easily along the floor and its sturdiness helps my mum feel very safe getting around. Highly recommended.

Wheeled Walker
I recently broke my patella and have limited mobility. This Walker has made a huge difference to my ability to move around my home. It is stable but light and easy to move and take only 10 minutes to assemble.Worth every penny!,

Helps you to do it yourself
After knee replacement surgery I was told I could borrow crutches to take home, a commode and a raised toilet seat, but not a walker of any kind 'because you'll just use it instead of getting mobile'. I thought this was rubbish so from the hospital used the Amazon app on my phone to choose this model and order it for delivery to my home on the day I was due to be discharged. It arrived as planned, and my husband spent our first evening back home putting it together and adjusting it to my height. What it allowed me to do from the very first day after I came out of hospital was to move stuff around from room to room without having to ask anybody else to help. I got up before my husband and was able to make my own breakfast and transport it into the living room, and to load the ice into my CryoCuff and start the first compression treatment in my armchair, before my husband had even woken up. It didn't stop me working on my mobility at all - I quickly graduated from two crutches to one to a walking stick - but it has meant I can keep as independent as possible as I recover, before I am ready to carry a tray or box with two hands. The top tray is big enough to move a large box or piece of equipment about, or to lay with a plate, cutlery, etc. for a meal, while the bottom bin is useful for a mug or glass, keeping it steady, or a bowl of cereal, or a phone, Kindle, tablet. You do need to approach changes of 'terrain' with care - it will roll over the edge of a rug or a threshold step, but don't rush it or you may tip over whatever you are transporting. Not quite sure where I shall store it once my knee has fully recovered, but it's the kind of kit you might want to lend out to someone else who is temporarily hobbling about at home.

I found it difficult to manoeuvre. Felt it would have moved better with 4 wheels with maybe brake option. Not practical for carrying liquids.

Bottom tray did not fit.
This was delivered to my 94 year old mother, I went and assembled it, straight forward enough. Frame is sturdy and top tray fits as it should. However the bottom tray does not fit. When you engage the clips at the front as soon as you let go it springs off and falls to the ground. I cannot return the item as my Mum is now using the walker (without bottom tray) and the packaging is a 100 miles away in my garage. Why on earth you can't just contact Amazon and ask for a replacement tray without returning the whole item is beyond me. I would probably have better service buying direct from NRS. Not happyUPDATE: It seems the frame was distorted as also the walker would not go in a straight line. Replacement walker sent immediately by Amazon, and it is now fully functional. So it can now be put into service.
