Awesome hose and works as expected!

Had to upgrade after my wooden tip hose cracked and broke. This hose is amazing, thought about getting a new hookah all together but this hose made me decide otherwise. The ice piece makes a world of a difference especially when smoking mint flavor shisha. I would give this 10 stars if I could, if you need a new hookah hose this is what you want to get.

First of all, I love the flexibility of this one. I had it replace my silicone hose which is not as flexible which is a MUST because I am THE person who brings a hookah to house parties. Silicone isn't bad, but its inflexibility causes a lot of problems when passing it from person to person in a circle. This one is much more better in terms of flexibility.I bought this one mostly because of the ice gel pack that goes into it and I was curious to try a cold smoke. I'd say it lasts for a good hour before needing to go back into the freezer- which isn't bad at all, considering it's cost and the fluffy hose is just an added bonus in my eyes. No problem with cleaning. The mouth tip can screw off which makes it easy to get water in my hose and rinse it out quickly and efficiently.Overall, pretty happy with this product.

I bought one it was leaking . The customer service was so nice they sent me another one and it worked good. And easy to clean.

I purchased the hose as a birthday gift for my husband, but within a month of use, the inner layer of the plastic tip of the mouthpiece already has a crack in it. It hasn’t been dropped or impacted at all. He loves the hose, I’m just disappointed in the quality of it. I expected it to hold up longer than a month.It does cool the smoke really well, and the piece freezes quickly for use.

This is definitely easier to hold, definitely does not stretch, and it’s not very durable in my opinion. I believe that unfortunately it’s hard to clean. And as soon as anything warm comes close to it it will melt immediately.
