Make sure you get the size right
Well made pads ,just a bit tight for a large ,thought there might be more adjustment it's the sleeve part that does not adjust

Go up a size compared to the suggested on the manufacturer's website - was bang in the middle of a medium but couldn't even get it on!Elastic developed a permanent stretch quite quickly to the point where it was too long after a couple of uses so had to shorten it.Nice and comfortable though.
