Loved the product..
Had been looking for a moderately good glue gun fr basic DIY things & finally my search ended on this product. & i m so happy to get it. Made up of vry good plastic body, nozzle is golden in colour, seems brass. It hs a small indicator at the back which is very useful. They hv provided 6 glue sticks(5 loose, & 1 inserted in the glue gun). It took a little time to heat up in the beginning, but then it was smooth operation. It's very easy to use nd adhesion is also very good. I m satisfied nd would definitely recommend it to all who r looking fr a decent glue gun.

Great purchase for the price.
>>Great built quality.>>Takes 1-2 mins to heat up.>>Stand comes handy.>>Glue keeps leaking after the use for another 5 mins; So you need to turn the plug off atleast 10 minutes before you stop using it. That means the melted glue still comes out with piston.>>Major inconvenience: Piston stops reaching the glue stick when only 30-40% glue stick has been used. So you need to put another stick inside the piston, or put something else between the stick and piston to push the glue out.

Gun is of good build quality. Go for it.
This Themisto branded yellow glue gun 80W is made in PRC and purchased for 349/-. Quality of the product is very good. Better ones of Crown brand also available at double power and price :) but this does the job very well. Cord is about a meter long which is a bit short for my liking. The transparent glue sticks of bontek brand are also suited for sticking paper, cardboard etc. Does not work with plastics which tend to come off. The murky yellow glue sticks are supposed to be used for sticking plastic, ceramic etc. have ordered them separately. For the price paid, this is decent although have seen a green colored model of same 80W at 299/-
