Good and effective.

This is my favorite tailbone pillow. My second time ordering one. I travel a lot by car and plane and I don't go anywhere without it. I've broken my tailbone a couple times in my life and this pillow is soooo helpful. I love the size. Many other pillows are so big and bulky. This one is easily foldable, great material and my first one lasted quite a few years!

Uncomfortable and cheap material

When deflated it is 15 inches, then changs with air. Too small for me, I will need to buy the larger one.Female, age 71 weight 165.

I have used this since I got it. I is so comfortable when you get the air pressure at your level correct. They gave me the tools with it and I filled up then let air out till it became comfortable

I ordered this 15 inch donut for my wife who had surgery because it had better reviews than the cheaper ones. And it was really great for about two weeks when it suddenly developed a leak. I contacted the manufacturer in accordance with the guarantee statement on the box and explained the situation. They got back to me immediately and shipped a new one out that same day, no return needed. It arrived 2 days later (and on a Sunday no less) so my wife is comfortable again. I have to say I have not had customer service this fast and this good in many, many years. You sure can't go wrong with this company's products. They stand behind them 100% and were wonderful to deal with. A big thanks to Dr. Frederick's Original!!

When I received this product, I was impressed with the suede-like covering. I was also impressed with the little pump. It worked great, which I really didn't expect. I filled it about half and wanted to try it, but wifey said give it more air! LOL So, I did. When I tried it, it needed to have some air removed. Wow. I squeezed the donut, sucked the nipple, tried back-drawing with the pump, tried inserting the nozzle only (thinking it might release a check-valve) and just couldn't get the air out. Also, it said it had to be deflated to wash. Grrr....So, I contacted Michelle at Dr. Frederick's. Wonderful lady. She referred me to a video download. That explained that I had to pinch the base of the check-valve and air would be released. Sure enough, it worked nicely. Then, of course, I found it to be too small for my big butt. I immediately ordered the Dr. Frederick's 18" one from Amazon. Via email, Michelle offered to process payment return and there was no need to send the small one back.That saved me $5.00 and change in shipping to Amazon. All-in-all, I am very happy with the company. The customer service is top-notch! Thank you Michelle!
