Works for 30 min
We use this for spray Foam insulation in attics. It kept our sprayer cool for 30 minutes in a 140° attic. The product is really good lightweight and comfortable to work in, but will definitely not last you the two hours it’s advertised

Very disappointed
I work outside and pick this because it says the packs stay cold for 2.5 to 4 hours on one “charge “ the packs to get cold quick in ice water but the first time I used the vest I put it by one at 10:15 by 11:45 it was not working I swapped ice packs and the 2nd and 3rd time it only lasted and hour. I’m very disappointed, probably going to return being I paid like $150 for this vest.

Works well.
Used while re-roofing our house. Southern Texas. 90's, humidity mid 70's. Gel packs really kept him cooler. Reactivated in about 15 minutes when placed in the cooler with some water and ice.

Works for about an hour of good cooling at 90 degrees
If you work in the heat like me, this is the only thing out there like it so that is a good thing. Great idea. Just make sure you buy at least 1 more 4 pack of ice(at $70) and have a freezer near by so you can switch them out. Realistically you will get about a good hour of cooling out of it before it declines significantly at 90 degrees. Advertised as lasting up to 4 hours. No. Maybe if it is 75-80 degrees with light work. Lasts about an hour at 90 degrees working hard. Bought an extra set of ice packs, so have to replace at a little over an hour. Truth is important in advertising. So, good product, doesn’t come close to 4 hours of use. How about 100 degrees??? No way. No chance.

Ice packs bunch up
The vest works. About an hour before it is melted. The most annoying thing is the glued on velcro they used on the ice packs. It was a mess of sticky velcro that was stuck to every surface EXCEPT the ice pack. Without it, the ice packs bunches up in the bottom of the vest. To pull them off and reposition isn't really an option because they are matted together by the glue. Get the vest and you will see what I mean. I would not buy again. Look for a better made vest.

Ice packs should be larger for a large-xl.
love the fit...but wish the ice packs were longer and fit the length of the net in a L, Xl. They only touch my upper back and shoulders...and...barely go past my upper chest. The packs and vest also do not breathe...if they were mesh that would be better. I was sweating and with the vest sweating too...I was SOAKED. The humidity only made it worse. Would work best for someone small who doesnt bust their ass to keep the humidity down. Only lasted 2 hours for me.

Size not accurate
Large / extra large is not large/ extra large. It's basically a medium sized T-shirt.

Advise against this vest
My dad bought a vest from My cooling vest for the same price as this one and the cooling packs are more than twice as filled and well made. I’m not going to return it being I’ve been using my dads packs with this vest. The Velcro was coming off the packs when I was unboxing. By the second use they were all missing. Two squares have already busted just doing yard work. It’s about a month old and that’s with me using other cool packs. I like the vest but the expensive is the packs and they are subpar to say the least.
